Fake Check

At this point I was supposed to be waiting for the delivery of the loan check.

The delivery of the loan check was an ordeal full of fraudulent schemes, which I am going to expose in several web pages and blogs.

I asked Bonahis to send me a copy of the loan check. They said they couldn’t do that, that it was illegal.  I told them to put the word “VOID” over the copy of the check and send it to me. They said that according to the UK law, they couldn’t do that, but eventually, after a lot of emails and after I had paid over $2,500.00 in several fraudulent schemes, they sent me a copy of the check.

Bonahis told me that it was a certified bank check, and that for its validation I could contact zenith bank,uk plc... contact bank officer .....alfredy cole......tel.. 447045750796

Instead, I went to the Zenith Bank website, got their email address, and sent them a copy of the check for validation. They replied indicating that the check was scam:

From:   Info(Zenith Bank (UK) Limited)

This is a scam.

The original email should be forwarded to reportphishing@antiphishing.org stating that it is a scam.

It would also help if you forward any bogus e-mails you have received to the provider of the service for example abuse@yahoo.com ,abuse@googlemail.com , abuse@hotmail.com or abuse@live.com  etc. and request that the addresses are closed. These abuse contacts require a copy of the original message so that they can trace the message headers and disable the addresses.

The IMF Chairman in Nigeria

Desmond Hill, the scammer, said they were going to send me the check by mail, but now, another ghost shows up: It is the IMF. There were several fees that I had to pay for the IMF to authorize the transaction.

First Desmond told me that the IMF Chairman was going to be in Abuja, Nigeria, so that I had to send the money via Western Union to Peter Adams, in Nigeria.

I questioned him what was the IMF Chairman going to be doing in Nigeria. He changed then, and told to send the money to the IMF Vice Chairman, James Terry in the Isle of Man.

I questioned him what was the IMF Vice Chairman going in such a small place as the Isle of Man. He changed then, and told me to send the money to Terry Jones in London

At this point I had already spent on the deal $550.00 for the notarization of documents, and $300.00 to open an account with the Alliance Leicester Bank at the Isle of Man, and I should have stopped then, but I didn’t; I sent $664.88 to Terry Jones.

MY QUESTION
On 11/3/11,

Dear Desmond,

my question is "what is he doing in the Isle of Man" when normally a person with such a position would in London, Paris, or in Berlin?

The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the IMF deal with very important  matters, like how to avoid the bankruptcy of Greece so that they don't abandon the Euro, not in going to Western Union to pick up a transfer.  What explanation do you have about this?

Myname

Fake Bank Account

I received from Lord Williams Luther from the Alliance and Leicester Bank of the Isle of Man, an email indicating that he had received from BONAHIS a credit of $10M to be deposited in my account, and that in order to receive the money I had to send to Pamela Davis $480 to open the account. I asked him if the account could be open with less money, and he agreed to open the account with $300.00. I sent then, $300 to Pamela Davis.

I received then the User Id and Password to the account. When I went there, I found that I had to pay several thousand dollars as COT charges in order to be able to transfer the money to my account in New York. I was preparing to do that, but, since the design of the online access page didn’t look professional, I started testing the account.  I found that the software didn’t edit the amount entered; that is, that if I had the COT code, I could transfer $999,999,999.99 if I wanted to, or even worse, that I could transfer xx.xx.  In other words, a fake account.

At this point I had spent the $550 that I sent to Desmond to notarize the document, and the $300 to open the account at the Alliance Leicester Bank.

Bonahis “recognized” that the Alliance Leicester Bank account was fake, but of course “that was not their fault”.  Now I realize that it is impossible for them not to know. What company would send $10M to a fake bank?

Anyway, the Bonahis scammer said that the $550 were not refundable, because they already had paid for the notarization of the document.

As I found out later, the document was never notarized by the Royal High Court of Englad.  When later I insisted to have a copy of the notarized document, Desmond the scammer sent me one with a Notary Seal from Missouri.  This indicates they don’t know what notarization is; they committed a basic flaw in their falsification.

Go to www.bit.ly/Bonahis to see the document with the Notary Seal from Missouri.

Bonahis the scammer said that they were going to send me check by mail, but that in order to do that, they had to get authorization from the IMF. See my next web page for details on the IMF fraud scheme.

Fake bank account  emails

Desmond said that my loan had been credited to an account with the Alliance Leicester Bank in the Isle of Man, from where I myself could transfer the money online to my account in New York:

As you can see this is a very well organized scam network; as you will see later, this account was not real.

Fraudulent Notarizacion

I am going to present to the authorities in the USA, UK, Europe and Nigeria,  a case of fraud-scam-blackmail-and-physical-threat against the Bonahis Loan Company - Bonahis Financial Company, of 24 Melville Street, Edingburgh EH3 7NS, Scotland, Tel (44) 77 8027 6768.

Before presenting the case to the authorities, I am going to display several of their emails and fraudulent schemes - documents in websites, blogs and social networks, as a way of leaving a trace that substantiates the case.

I was first approached by Bonahis in July 2010.  Since then, up to June 15, 2012, through a chain of 1,721 emails, I recorded several Bonahis’ scam schemes, in a business loan process that starts with the notarization of documents, to the last minute of mailing a check, and finally the check itself being counterfeit.

In the loan process Bonahis worked in conjunction with a well orchestrated network of scammers, as you will see in the development of the case.

The Bonahis scam network has been in operations for several years, but since nowadays we are literally inundated with scammers, it must be very difficult for the authorities to stop them.  One way of attacking the problem is by prevention; that is, to expose their scam schemes over the Internet, to minimize the Bonahis scam on potential victims.

I organized a project for which I need $10M.  I received an email with a loan offer from Bonahis.  I presented to them a business plan, budget, several technical reports, city and state certifications, and bank, personal and professional references.  Bonahis approved the loan.

I was told by Bonahis that I had to pay $550.00 for notarizing the Loan Agreement by the Royal High Court in London, and that I had to send the money to Desmond Hill in London, via Western Union.  I did that.   Later, when I insisted to get a copy of the notarized document, they sent me one with a notary seal from Missouri.

This is fraud for two reasons:

1.     A notarization has to be made where the person that signs resides. The Bonahis’ representative signature has to be notarized in the UK

2.     The notarization of a document in Missouri costs only $2.00, not $550.00.

In following blogs I will continue presenting Bonahis’ scam schemes.  I am doing it this way, so that the search engines will build up more references for the Bonahis’ scam.

I am not just talking about a lawyer representing you. all i mean is  that the loan papers needs to be notarized here in ROYAL HIGH COURT OF  LONDON, THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR.  AFTER THE PAPERS HAS BEEN NOTARIZED WE WILL SEND THEM TO YOU TO  SIGN AND RETURN BACK. VIA FAX OKAY.

good day,

it seems you are not getting me,i told you the money you sent before will be added to the notarization fee, the total notarization is 550$ and we will have to deduct the 235$ from the which you already sent to us. that means you are to come up now with 315$. please if you want us to complete this transaction act accordingly to our rules, at least i have be able to convince the management to  have the loan papers notarized and transfer your loan fund to you, once you received the loan amount in your bank account, you will then  pay for the full expenses  Am tired of explaining myself everyday, i have tried all i could to help you complete this transaction the ball is now in your court, do make the balance payment of the notarization fee so that  you can received the loan fund.  If not comfortable with this ideal of  notarization of the loan paps why cant you come down to UK YOURSELF PLEASE.
