Fraudulent Notarizacion

I am going to present to the authorities in the USA, UK, Europe and Nigeria,  a case of fraud-scam-blackmail-and-physical-threat against the Bonahis Loan Company - Bonahis Financial Company, of 24 Melville Street, Edingburgh EH3 7NS, Scotland, Tel (44) 77 8027 6768.

Before presenting the case to the authorities, I am going to display several of their emails and fraudulent schemes - documents in websites, blogs and social networks, as a way of leaving a trace that substantiates the case.

I was first approached by Bonahis in July 2010.  Since then, up to June 15, 2012, through a chain of 1,721 emails, I recorded several Bonahis’ scam schemes, in a business loan process that starts with the notarization of documents, to the last minute of mailing a check, and finally the check itself being counterfeit.

In the loan process Bonahis worked in conjunction with a well orchestrated network of scammers, as you will see in the development of the case.

The Bonahis scam network has been in operations for several years, but since nowadays we are literally inundated with scammers, it must be very difficult for the authorities to stop them.  One way of attacking the problem is by prevention; that is, to expose their scam schemes over the Internet, to minimize the Bonahis scam on potential victims.

I organized a project for which I need $10M.  I received an email with a loan offer from Bonahis.  I presented to them a business plan, budget, several technical reports, city and state certifications, and bank, personal and professional references.  Bonahis approved the loan.

I was told by Bonahis that I had to pay $550.00 for notarizing the Loan Agreement by the Royal High Court in London, and that I had to send the money to Desmond Hill in London, via Western Union.  I did that.   Later, when I insisted to get a copy of the notarized document, they sent me one with a notary seal from Missouri.

This is fraud for two reasons:

1.     A notarization has to be made where the person that signs resides. The Bonahis’ representative signature has to be notarized in the UK

2.     The notarization of a document in Missouri costs only $2.00, not $550.00.

In following blogs I will continue presenting Bonahis’ scam schemes.  I am doing it this way, so that the search engines will build up more references for the Bonahis’ scam.

good day,

it seems you are not getting me,i told you the money you sent before will be added to the notarization fee, the total notarization is 550$ and we will have to deduct the 235$ from the which you already sent to us. that means you are to come up now with 315$. please if you want us to complete this transaction act accordingly to our rules, at least i have be able to convince the management to  have the loan papers notarized and transfer your loan fund to you, once you received the loan amount in your bank account, you will then  pay for the full expenses  Am tired of explaining myself everyday, i have tried all i could to help you complete this transaction the ball is now in your court, do make the balance payment of the notarization fee so that  you can received the loan fund.  If not comfortable with this ideal of  notarization of the loan paps why cant you come down to UK YOURSELF PLEASE.

In order to see the Notary Seal from Missouri, copy the following image into an area where it can be expanded; for example, into Word
